Naomi Osaka did not waste time moving from the former coach Patrick Mouratoglou.
Formerly -Bota Nr. 1 Osaka will start working with the Polish coach Tomasz Wiktorowski, Former IgA Swiatte coach, based on the test starting in Montreal this week.
It is a case of trading coaches as Swiatek currently works with former Osaka coach Wim fisssette.
Polish website Polish tennis reported the new partnership, confirmed by the journalist Courtney Ngyen.
Under the direction of coach Wiktorowski, Swiatek caught four of her six Grand Slam titles. The duo split up in October 2024 with Swiatek then hiring the former Osaka coach. Although Swiatek did not defend her championship Roland Garros, she made history as the first Polish player to win Wimbledon by printing AMANDA EISIMOVA, 6-0, in the championship final earlier this month.
Swiatek launched her race with Wiktorowski at the end of the 2021 season. The pair captured four of the Swiate’s Grand Slam titles during their three-year partnership, and recorded 19 of the 22 Swiatte career titles. She was previously trained by Piotr Sierzputowski, and the duo won Roland-Garros together in 2020.
“Coach Wiktorowski joined my team for three seasons, when I needed a lot of changes and a new approach to my game,” Swiatek said after sharing with the Polish coach. “His experience, analytical and strategic attitude and great knowledge of tennis helped us achieve things that I have never dreamed of only a few months after we started working together.
“Our main goal was to become a No.1 player in the world and coach Wiktorowski was the one who said it first. We aimed very high, headed to every tour with a clear goal to win it. Together with coach Wiktorowski we won a lot of tournaments and 4 Grand Slams.”

Osaka announced her split from Patrick Mouratoglou, who trained it for nearly 11 months over the weekend.
“Merci Patrick. It was such an excellent experience learning from you,” posted Osaka on Instagram. “Wishing you nothing but the best. You are one of the most delightful people I’ve ever met and I’m sure I’ll see you around.”
