Jai Opetaia defends its IBF Cruiserweight world title against the unbeaten Italian Claudio Squoo on Sunday, June 8, in the Gold Coast Convention Center in Broadbeach, Australia, Live on dazn At 05:00 ET / 10:00 AM BST / 19:00 Aest.
The main event Ringwalk is expected at about 08:00 ET / 13:00 BST / 22:00 Aest. Under map action starts locally at 16:15 Aest.

Problem on the scale
Squeo almost came in 9 pounds below The Cruiserweight limit, which tilts the scales at 86.7 kg (191.2 pounds), while Opetaia was just below the cap at 90.45 kg (199.4 pounds). The difference is not subtle – it is either a desperate strategy or a red flag. No one walks in a fight like this undergone unless something is sideways away.
Squoo was usually about 88 kg. By falling before the greatest night of his life? It’s shaky. He should count better on speed, because if it becomes a shooting, he probably roasts.
Opetaia’s camp did not hold back either. After the US Keyhawn Davis missed weight in the US this weekend, Opetaia told Dazn: “It’s Bulls ***.” He pays out of his own pocket to get opponents. The man does not have time for nonsense.
His father/coach Tapu Opetaia also had a health scared with chest pain on Friday, but is reportedly good and will still be in the corner. The circus never stops, not even on the fight week.
Undercard brings punchers
Conor Wallace takes on Dylan Colin at light heavyweight, while Tyler Blizzard fights against Rocky Ogden in a featherweight that can steal the show. Add Daniel Keating to Blake Minto to Welterweight and Max McIntyre against Ricaia Warren at Super Middle, and you have a card with teeth for yourself.

Why to look
-
Opetaia is a wrecking ball – Four knockouts in his last five, and no one wants to face him.
-
Squeo looks out of its depth – But sometimes desperate men swing hardest.
-
Opetaia speaks his mind – Save American fighters and pay for challengers themselves.
-
It’s Sunday night in Australia – But a cruel breakfast for the UK and the US is fighting fans.
