When USA announced that Erin Hills would wait in the 2025 women’s US Open, someone in Tayormade clearly decided to bow to Wisconsin Thing. TOUGH
The result? There are literally a piece of cheese in the golf bag.
Red, white, blue and… cheese?
This is an open collection of the US, so red, white and blue would always be part of the equation. Taylormade went with a Red, white and blue pattern with tiles In the staff bag that reflects some of Erin Hills’s own design choices.
But then you get to the details, and that’s where things get interesting.
There is a piece of cheese in the front. A piece of current cheese. In a golf bag. For a big championship.
Do it what you want.
The deep wisetry of Wisconsin
If you are going to make a collection of Wisconsin theme, Taylormade realized that they can also perform. Purple flower petals throughout the design represent Wisconsin wood violets, the state flower. They are in the pocket of the upper upper values and are inserted into the inner pocket lines.
“Badger State” is inscribed in the lower collar because the subtlety apparently was not the goal here. Three -leaf clover scattered around are actually Taylormade logos, which is a good touch.
2006 in glove notes when Erin Hills opened, which at least indicates that someone did his homework.
Head defenders keep it simple
Collection collection climbs to the patriotic theme without passing on board. The driver’s driver gets a single white star while three wood gets three stars. Enough is quite direct.
