Runblogru, # 1. What do you remember about Bojman’s mile?

Niels Laros: I remember coming to the track. Seeing a lot of people. Standing on the line, listening to their joy for us. It really touched me for the race. Then whatever I remember in the last lap. Taking the following package application and just a slow accelerator. Passing over the last 100m. Passing number 2. Thinking that I could still win. Good memories.

Runblogru, # 2: Do you have a great end? You train for a close-up of a close race.

Niels Laros: Yes, we will definitely train for such close tribes. Having a coke is one of the most features of the race, so we will definitely train on it.

Runblogru, # 3: You started with the Netherlands Club when you started athletics.

Niels Laros: Yes, I started in my local club. I just started doing all the subjects. When I grew up, I would only specialize in the run.

Runblogru, # 4. What do you remember from your first race as a junior or young?

Niels Laros: Races I remember my adolescence. It’s a bit heavy. But I still remember that I break 2 minutes for the first time 600 m. I ran 1:59. It was a pleasant obstacle to break. I also remember the race where I was competing with my teammates Stephanian, who also ran to Boban miles. I think I was 13 or 14 years old. I was driving 18’s leaders against Stephanie and his brother. And I got the 4th. It was really amazing because I was still young. My brother took the 3rd place, and Stephan won. I was really happy with it. Generally a really fun race. Stefan and I have lots of fun to look back. Seeing some pictures of each other a long time ago.

RunBlogru, 5: Who is your coach? Do you train with the club?

Niels Laros: I’m not training with the club. I’m training with the coach, Tomasz Lewandowksi. I’m still part of my local group where I grew up. We are formed by our own team, which supports Nike, many medalers from the European Championships in the age categories. And we have a perfect collection and it’s okay. BootyEditor’s notification. Tomasz Lewandowski is a great coach who used to train his brother, Marcin lewandowskiEuropean medalist Emergency Production (5 closed, 3 outdoor) and the world’s closed silver 2018, and the world’s outdoor bronze, 2019

Runblogru, # 6: What do you think is your most important race in your career so far?

Niels Laros: It will probably be the original classic. This was the first big victory in the senior stage. It was a great special moment. Of course, other races are important, in 2023, the world’s first championship when I was 18 years old. Being in the final, it was very special. And of course the Olympic final. But outside all the tribes, the initial classic was the most common.

Runblogru, # 7: What shoes do you train and what do you compete in?

Niels Laros: I train with very different shoes. For my easy job, I go between the 18 premiums of Wom’s 18 and Wom. Sometimes Pegasus Premium. I have been using a Pegasus Plus and zoomfly 6. And for faster training, I use steam 4 and stratification. I usually train in a dragon. I use the victory for my 800 and 1500 m races.

Runblogru, # 8. If you talk to a room with young athletes, what about them to say why you love athletics?

Niels Laros: I think what I like about the run is the fact that you are improving a lot. It’s very interesting, it’s better to be very dependent. So that’s a wonderful thing about the run. You run .. Your times are clock and you can improve yourself. And what I like about running is the feeling of flying, as I did the last 100 m. It’s a great feeling you can’t compare with anything else. At that moment, you don’t feel anything, no fatigue. Just flying. I also love things in nature, it’s really calming.

Runblogru, # 9: If you were not a runner on medium distance, there is a field event that you will talk to.

Niels Laros: I think it would love to jump high. If I look at field events, I think. It will be nice to have 3 attempts. Do you really do your own job in field events? Is at least looking beautiful. I’m sure it has other challenges we don’t have in the distance. I think the high jump will be comfortable because I’m tall and thin and look beautiful.
