“When you’re a kid, you’re just a kid at 16, I definitely made the same mistakes that a young person would make that I wouldn’t have made then if I had the maturity I have now,” he said.

In terms of details, he described his reluctance to take advice on board as one clear indication: “Maybe listening to certain people, doing a little bit of what my head tells me and that’s it.”
