Newcastle United’s position has emerged on the key man after a difficult start to the season

Newcastle United have struggled for most of the season, but their recent results have shown that Eddie Howe remains the right man for the job.

Their wins against Chelsea and Arsenal at St James’ Park, in the Carabao Cup and Premier League respectively, have turned the mood at the club after a disappointing start to the season.

The summer transfer window was an underwhelming one for the Toon Army, but things started to go downhill for them when the season started and they failed to get positive results.

However, Howe is now finally getting the best out of his players and Alexander Isak’s result in training and fitness has helped the club.

He scored in both games against Chelsea and Arsenal, showing that he remains one of the best strikers in the league.

according to Football InsiderHowe’s job at St James’ Park is secure and Newcastle are not considering sacking the manager.

The English coach has the support of the club to turn his season around after a difficult start.

Howe has shown in the past how good he can be and it was under his leadership that the Magpies reached the Champions League.

Eddie Howe must find a way to get Newcastle back into the top half

Newcastle are currently 12th in the league and in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup.

They face Brentford at home in the League Cup and hope they can reach the semi-finals of the competition, which would take them closer to their first medal in many years.

The club expects Howe to deliver a trophy and this season he has a good chance to make it happen.

Whatever happens, his job is secure at the moment and given how he has turned the Magpies into a force in English football, it’s no surprise to see him highly regarded by the club’s hierarchy.

Man United showed interest in appointing Howe after the departure of Erik ten Hag but the English coach has no intention of leaving the Magpies.
