Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak is currently in the form of his life.
The Swedish international striker has already scored 15 league goals this season in just 20 games.
He is just five La Liga goals short of the total he scored last season, proving that he is one of the best strikers in world football at the moment.
With great form comes uncertainty over his long-term future at St James’ Park.
The striker is attracting interest from some of the biggest clubs in the world and should he leave Newcastle United have decided on their plan.
According to a report by Football transfersEddie Howe’s Newcastle will make a move for Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres if Isak leaves the club in the summer transfer window.
The The Newcastle striker is valued at around £100m and Arsenal have been linked with a move for him for quite some time.
He has shown his ability to score goals and lead the Magpies’ attack well, helping Howe’s side challenge for a place in the Premier League’s top four.
Viktor Gyokeres could be Isak’s ideal replacement at Newcastle United

Gyokeres, who is another striker in red form at the moment and has already scored 34 goals this season, has a €100m buyout clause attached to his contract.
Isak’s possible sale would help the club secure more than the amount they would have to pay for Gyokeres.
Losing Isak would be a blow for the Magpies, but if there’s anyone who can replace him at St James’ Park, it’s compatriot Gyokeres who is consistently proving he’s one of the best finishers in the game at the moment.
Man United have received interest to the services of Gyokeres, who played under his former coach Ruben Amorim at Sporting.
Ideally, the Magpies will be hoping to keep their star player at the club, but in order to do so, their Champions League qualification is key.
