A key element of the masters for years, Tbonz is located in Washington Road, just a mile away from the Augusta National Club. Wilson says they will reserve 47 cases of tenderloins, 35 cases of ribeye and 12 cases of New York ribbons for this week. In total, he said they would sell about 4,000 pounds of meat during the masters week.

“This is the amazing part, the amount of volume that comes out of this kitchen in this small group,” Wilson said, speaking from the kitchen during a compressed rush for dinner. “That’s great.”

Don’t worry, they have vegetarian opportunities as well.

“We have vegetables there, asparagus and broccoli – eat your heart,” joked Wilson. “We too have salads.”
