On Monday, IgA swiatek slammed WTA schedule as “crushing”.
Today Emma Navarro sHortened Swiatte’s stay in Beijing.

Navarro rolled to 15 of the last 17 points sending a slow swiatic packing 6-4, 4-6, 6-0 and loading on China’s quarterfinals Open.
Winless in two preliminary meetings against former Numers 1, Navarro played with more readiness and precision and used a messy opponent giving Swiatte’s first loss to Beijing’s nine games in his career.
China’s Open 2023 champion committed a strong blow 70 uninhabited errors at a two-hour, 30-minute loss.
A quiet Navarro received Swiatek’s second service, winning 25 out of 38 points played in Paul’s second distribution.

16th 16th Navarro scored its first 5-year-old since the defeat of Coco Gauff in the US Open 2024. Navarro progressed to her second quarterfinal WTA 1000, where she will play or compatriot of the fifth seed Jessica Pegula or 23rd Ukrainian Martha Kostyuk for a semifinal place.
Navarro arrived at her first quarterfinal since she lost in Pegula at the bad Homburgus quarterfinals in the bar last June.
It’s been a day of shock in Beijing.
Previously, British No. 81 Sonay Cartal Surprised Mirra Andreeva surprised fourth 7-5, 2-6, 7-5 in two hours, 25 minutes. Cartal scored her first career 10 victory to reach her first quarter -final WTA 1000.

The cartal will play Linda Noskov for a semifinal place.
