MyGolfSpy Staff Wish List (2025)

As a child, the one question adults asked the most wasn’t “what do you want to be when you grow up?” It was “what do you want for Christmas?” No matter how “old” I’m starting to feel at 28 (see, I remember the world before smartphones), I still consider myself a big kid and still have a Christmas list the size of the Titanic. While the list is now mostly golf stuff, that’s okay because they are toys for adults. I knew I couldn’t be alone, so I polled the MyGolfSpy staff to see what’s on their bucket lists, and there’s some good stuff on there… Without further ado, here’s the MyGolfSpy staff wish list for 2025.

Nailed Golf Caddy GPS Tablet

This was an absolute favorite among the MGS staff, and it’s easy to see why. of Nailed Golf Caddy GPS Tablet is a full-size golf cart GPS tablet built to replace large cart screens or phone-based apps. Its large 8-inch HD display makes spaces, hazards and hole layouts easy to read from the seat or bag. It comes preloaded with more than 45,000 courses and requires no subscription for updates. A built-in magnet lets you attach it to a stroller, and the weatherproof housing means it’s ready for rain or shine. Although it wasn’t on my personal list before I asked, I want one now.

Maxfli Modern Classic Stand Bag

At the time, Johnny Gill had a hit song “My, My, My”, and that’s what this bag says MGS staff. of Maxfli Modern Classic Stand Bag brings a clean, traditional look with modern functionality. This bag strikes the balance between vintage style without cosplaying. At just under $300, this bag costs significantly less than its competition in the premium bag space, and for looks, performance, and value, I can see why staff want it.

BirdieBall 4′ x 10′ RollTech Indoor™ Putting green

of BirdieBall RollTech Indoor™ Green landed on the wish list of the MGS staff for one simple reason: everyone wants a reliable way to keep their attitude sharp at home. The 4′×10′ size gives you enough room to work on tempo and initiation without taking over an entire room, and the surface has the true rolling feel that the BirdieBall is known for. It lays flat, deploys in seconds, and lets you get meaningful replays whether you have five minutes or an hour. We all want to be better players, and this mat was an easy choice.

Vortex Anarch Image Stabilized Laser Golf Rangefinder

of Vortex Anarch Image Stabilized Laser Rangefinder made the MGS staff wish list because stabilization changes everything. The Anarch keeps the view consistent when trying to lock onto a distant pin, and the optic stays clear in a variety of conditions. Yardages return quickly and consistently, which gives you confidence in the number instead of guessing. The build quality is solid, and the warranty support is strong (this thing has a lifetime warranty, man). This is a more than solid rangefinder, and look, our team wants for nothing.

Bettinardi Antidote SB3 Putter

of Bettinardi Antidote SB3 earned a spot on the MGS staff wish list because of how stable it feels on impact. The milled 303 stainless body gives it a smooth, controlled feel and the head shape keeps things stable on slightly errant shots. Bettinardi also offers this model for lefties, which is something our southpaw (Connor) appreciated. If you want a gauge that rewards simple, repeatable movement, the SB3 is an easy tool to put on your radar.

GolfForever Golf Fitness Training System

Occasionally, we all want to go back in time at one point or another, and I think Rod Serling said it best in his epilogue to the classic Twilight Zone episode “Walking Distance”:

“Like all men, perhaps there will be an occasion, perhaps some summer night sometime, when he will look up from what he is doing and hear the voices and laughter of the people and places of his past. And perhaps there will cross his mind a misguided wish that a man might not need to grow old. And he will smile then, for he will know a very important memory indeed.
