My Favorite Finds from Johnnie-O’s End of Season Sale (Up to 50% Off)

The year just started, but here in the Northeast, we’re still knee-deep in winter. It’s not even a full month since the winter solstice, which means there’s still plenty of cold and unpredictable weather ahead. At the same time, March is only a few months away and it’s not too early to start thinking about golf season. One of the easiest and most overlooked ways to prepare is to take a look at what you wear.

The good news is that you don’t have to wait for the spring releases to do this. Johnnie-O’s end of season sale it’s one of those rare chances to grab really good layers and staples at a significant discount, wear them now, and feel good about them when golf season rolls around. During the past year, Johnnie-O it has become one of my favorite brands because it combines sporty and elegant dressing better than most. Many of these pieces work just as well off the course as they do on it. With discount up to 50% offthere are some really strong buys here. These are some of my favorite finds that are absolutely worth your attention.

Victor Printed Camo 1/4 Zip Pullover

You’ve heard me talk about this before, but I absolutely love it Victor Camo 1/4 Zip. Look, I know camo is disruptive, but when done right, it looks utilitarian, sporty, modern, and totally cool, and I honestly think this 1/4 chain is perfect. Granted, this isn’t something I’ll wear when I’m going out to dinner or feeling more polished. But, this is something I’m wearing to the gym, the airport, or just on a lazier day where I don’t feel like overthinking things.

Belfry Quilted Puffer Vest

Man, does this vest look good? Everything about belfry it is unique and elevated. A quick glance tells you that this is not your typical puffer vest and I can say with complete confidence that you will not see anyone else with a vest like this. You can absolutely tell this is inspired by retro Barbour vests, but it’s modern enough to look great with a pair of sneakers and a more casual ensemble. Look, if you want to turn this into a full golf setting, tell me you can’t imagine wearing this in St. Louis. Andrews.

Everyday performance button down shirt

The older I get, the more I gravitate towards neutral colors. Call it the Adam Scott Effect, I guess. After all, we’re all grown ups here and it’s all right to have a mature wardrobe, and the foundation of every man’s wardrobe should be a well-fitting button-down shirt. What I really love about Daily performance button below it’s the texture. As someone who regularly wears an oxford button down, I actually like the texture of this shirt better – it’s a little less stiff, softer and more moisture wicking. These shirts feel and look high-end (because they are). For what it’s worth and for whatever reason, this is the kind of shirt I picture Daniel Craig wearing.

Hampton dress corduroy pants

I’m not usually one to get inspired by mannequins when shopping in-store or modeled photos when shopping online. However, everything about this ensemble is perfect, and I mean everything. For three months a year, velvet pants are such an underrated and wonderful choice. They give you texture, some warmth and a versatile option that can be dressed up or down. Not enough men wear corduroy pants these days, and I’m not sure if that’s because somewhere along the way we lost the plot and think they’re for “old men,” but I’m here to tell you that velours it’s for everyone, and it looks and feels great.

McDowell Wool Quilted Shawl

Yes, yes, and yes. I will not mix: this shake it’s wonderful. Once again, this is just something you can imagine a Steve McQueen or Daniel Craig wearing and looking like the coolest guy on earth. I’m not going to sit here and tell you that any of us will ever be as cool as them, but we can get close, and this piece is the perfect place to start.

Santa Monica Suede Moccasin

You will not find a real pair suede pack for a better price than $138. Sure, you can find faux suede or “suede,” but like cashmere, there are levels when it comes to the quality of suede. of Santa Monica are made from Argentine cashmere cow suede and are among the highest-end offerings you’ll find in this price range. I’m a more casual guy, and these are a sure return if you’re looking to upgrade your style in the new year.
