What do the rules say for replacing a ball that rolled back on a basket trail?

Golf rules are complicated! Thankfully, we have guru. our Guy rules know the front book to get back. Do you have a question? He has all the answers.
My car rolled off the right road over a paved, paved trail – and then continued to roll back on the path at least 100 meters towards the Tee box. I was told that I could put the ball back on the right road at the point when it spinned on the carriage trail without a penalty. Is this correct? —Wolf Dorak, Ontario, Canada
The wolf, the Guy rules are screaming with laughter – whoever told you should be kicked in the curves.
There is no such arrangement, whether the ball attracted a yard or 100 yards. See regulation 16.1 regarding how to get relief from a carriage trail.

I hit my car on the edge of an area wrapped in red. There was a bar between shares and aquatic line, so I had potentially a pace – but there was a basket path next to the shares I would have to stay further. Did I be allowed by the trail, or the fact that the ball was in a punishment area denies it? —Will marcrum, MD, show City, tissue.
Boy rules, I am allowed to have my cake and eat it too? You are lucky enough to have a movable blow from a penalty area, and want the relief to stay on a carriage trail? Would you even want a mimosa? Some peanuts? What about a massage?
However, Dr. Will, it never hurts to ask…. If your ball is in a penalty area, as a rule 17.3, you do not receive free relief from interference from immovable obstacles such as carriages, or any other abnormal course of course, such as the soil under repair, animal holes or temporary water.
As the children say, deal with it.
