David Alonso was fastest in Moto2 World Championship Free Practice One (FP1) at the Chang International Circuit in Thailand on Friday morning. Riding the Pirelli-shod CFmoto Inde Aspar Team Calex on the 2.83-mile (4.55 km) track, the Colombian led the 28-rider field with a 1:35.148.
Izan Guevara was the best of the rest with a 1:35.160 on the Bluecru Pramac Yamaha Boscoscuro.
Philippe Salac was third fastest with a time of 1:35.245 for sole supporter American Racing Team Calex.
Teammate and American Joe Roberts finished the opening session in 16th place with a time of 1:35.917.
