Mohammed Shami breaks silence on knee injury reports and participation in BGT 2024-25


Indian National Cricket Team fast bowler Mohammad Shami has slammed the reports of his exclusion from the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He said that he is doing his best to be in full shape and urged people not to believe fake news.

While criticizing the reports, Shami claimed that no BCCI has confirmed about his injury and all the reports are baseless. He made a strong statement saying that people should stop spreading fake news. He elaborated:

“Why are there such baseless rumours? I am working hard and trying to regain my level. Neither BCCI nor I have mentioned that I am out of the Sarhad Gavashkar series. I request the public to stop paying attention to such news. From unofficial sources please stop and don’t spread this kind of fake fake fake fake news especially without my statement.”

Mohammed Shami could make a comeback in New Zealand Tests

In a new set of reports, according to Times of India, it has been learned that Mohammad Shami may make a comeback in the upcoming Test series against the New Zealand National Cricket Team. Led by Rohit Sharma, they will host the Kiwis in a three-match series from October 16.
