Massimo Rivola has confirmed Marco Bezecic’s position on Jorge Martin to win the 2026 title.

Massimo Rivola has called for “respect” between Marco Bezecchi and Jorge Martin in the 2026 MotoGP title race, after Aprilia refused to hand over any team orders early.

But Rivola admits it’s still early in the season, so she’s not asking Apria Martin or Bezecic to win another title for the 2026 Cavaliers just yet. The Italian crew has no plans to change their thinking until both pilots are “mathematically” out of the title race.

It has been said that Aprilia is set to sign Ducati’s Francesco Bagna. They offered Bezecic a new deal in February on a 2+2 year contract to replace Martin. But no deal has been officially finalized yet, and Aprilia CEO Rivola continues to leave the door open for Martin to stay.
