Manchester United have improved their offer sign Lecce left-back Patrick Dorgu for €30m (£25.3m), according to reports.
United want a new attack-minded left-back for Ruben Amorim’s system and, after missing out on Nuno Mendes from Paris Saint-Germain, have turned their attention to Dorgu, for whom they have already seen an offer worth €27m (£22.8m). rejected

It is unclear whether Marcus Rashford will eventually leave the club, although Amorim has been left out of the first-team picture. The 27-year-old was a target for both AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund, but his rumored £300,000-a-week wages have been an issue in negotiations, leading to conversations with the latter breaking.
Milan, meanwhile, opted to use their last foreign loan spot to Manchester City’s Kyle Walker instead of Rashford, who remains in the spotlight of the fight West Ham.
