Apparently, Manchester United have a big loss Rasmus Hojlund, who is available for the right price.

AC Milan and Juventus are reportedly interested in the 21-year-old, but he does not currently appear to be their top target, according to Esf.

The report notes, however, that Hojlund cost €75 million to sign from Atalanta and that means the Red Devils face a huge loss on this costly and unsuccessful signing.

“I was a Manchester United fan as a kid, but I knew I had to leave after just one training session!” – Which Utd Flop man made this huge revelation?

Hojlund looked very promising during his time at Atalanta, but has struggled badly to make the step up to play for Man Utd, and an exit now makes sense for the Denmark International.

It may be that Hojlund’s impressive form in Serie A could earn him opportunities at big clubs such as Milan and Juve, but ESPN stress that concrete offers do not appear to be coming in at the moment.

With just two goals in his last 18 Premier League games, there is no doubt Hojlund struggles at Old Traffordbut it’s far from the first and probably won’t be the last to have this problem.

Since Sir Alex Ferguson retired and threw United into disarray, there have been so many expensive buys that didn’t work out for the club.

Bigs were invested in the likes of Paul Pogba, Alexis Sanchez, Angel Di Maria, Romelu Lukaku and Antony, while more recently we’ve also seen the likes of Mason Mount and Joshua Zirkzee Struggle.

Hojlund may still have a big future in the game, but he may not have chosen a move to United at the most ideal time, and it will now be interesting to see if he can get his career back on track.

In the meantime, MUFC just have to keep making changes until they settle on a squad that works best for new manager Ruben Amorim.
