Joshua Buatsi will get on the Co-Op Live in Manchester, England, with light heavyweight contender Zach Parker in a 12-round Queensberry-promoted triple headpiece in the queen-promoted threefold head on November 1. The event is displayed directly on Dazn.
The Olympic Buatsi (19-1, 13 COs) in 2016 recently signed with Queensberry, and they put him in a position where he could get a win under his belt to return from his recent defeat against Callum Smith.
Buatsi was tough in his last two fights, and came up against Smith and Willy Hutchinson in back-to-back fights. He barely came through the Hutchinson fight and then fell apart against Callum. Queensberry’s decision to fit Buatsi against the very defeatable Parker (26-1, 18 COs) allows him to take a break from the grind.
New signing Buatsi (19-1, 13 food) takes another mighty domestic performance against another man in Queensberry in Zach Parker (26-1, 18 COs)
Buatsi is on #6 WBC and #7 WBO. He wants to get a title shot, but he’s not going to do it without going through someone tough, such as David Morrell, Imam Khataev, Arlen Lopez or Ben Whittaker.
Parker is the rankings #4 WBO, #12 WBC, and #13 IBF. He has won his last four fights against opposition at the domestic level since losing against John Ryder in 2022.
