Lynx Golf, the British reincarnation of the old American brand made famous by Fred Couple and Ernie Els, has gained a great deal of fraud against its former trade representative and director of R&D.
A British Supreme Court last week ruled that Lynx Club long designer, auxiliary agent and trade representative Kevin Woolgar won millions in “secret” commissions. The Supreme Court also ruled that Woolgar would have to pay that money, along with a specified amount, in the damages.
The ruling ends a nearly three -year war between Lynx and Woolgar, stemming from inflated bills and charges of fraud and contract violation.

The court revealed that those commissions will range from five to 75 percent on real factory prices. During the period, Lynx paid Woolgar over $ 8 million. It is estimated that Woolgar pocket more than $ 2 million in fraudulent commissions.

How did it come to light
