Lost swing speed? Why is your power not translated into more yards


Have you measured your swing speed and realized that you need to get more yards based on how quickly you swing the club? The swing speed is not the only factor in how far you hit your drives. Here are some mistakes you can make and the best ways to maximize your power.

Foot and leg strokes

Even if you have a high swing speed, if you do not hit the center of the face, you lose distance. The first thing to do is determine where your loss is and why you miss the center of the face.

Some players use foot spray on their face, but I find that sometimes spray can last and throw boot monitors, so I don’t like using it. I prefer influence tape.

Route
