Eintracht Frankfurt Omar Marmoush is a target for Liverpool ahead of the 2025 transfer windows and the Reds could have an ace up their sleeve in the form of Mohamed Salah.

The 25-year-old has been the best player in the Bundesliga so far this season with the striker producing nine goals and six assists in nine games in all competitions for Frankfurt.

Marmoush’s contributions have helped the German club finish third in the Bundesliga table, just one point behind league leaders Bayern Munich. The Egypt international destroyed the Bavarian giants with a brace and an assist at the weekend to give Frankfurt a huge boost heading into the international break.

according to Florian Plettenberg from Sky Germany, Eintracht Frankfurt want to extend Marmoush’s current contract until 2028 and plans to offer the player a higher salary

However, the striker is believed to be hesitant to pen a new deal at Deutsche Bank Park as the Egyptian has attracted interest from the Premier League ahead of the 2025 transfer window.

The Sky reporter claims that unless something extraordinary happens, Marmoush will remain with Frankfurt until the summer of 2025, but that’s when English clubs could make a move.

Liverpool are monitoring the situation of Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush

Liverpool are among the clubs interested in Marmoush as the Reds are said to be monitoring the 25-year-old’s situation in Germany, reports. Florian Plettenberg.

With Mohamed Salah’s future uncertain at Anfield, the Premier League side are looking for another striker option, with Florian Plettenberg also reports the Merseyside club’s interest in Borussia Dortmund star Karim Adeyemi.

Liverpool may have the upper hand in the race for Marmoush as they could use Salah to help convince his Egyptian team-mate to move to Anfield.

There is a long way to go before the future of the Frankfurt star is decided and he is a player the Bundesliga club will not let go easily if he continues his current form.
