Liverpool hope Trent Alexander-Arnold will sign a new contract.
The Reds are working hard to reach an agreement with the 25-year-old on a new deal that will make him one of the highest paid players at the club.
Although an official agreement has not yet been reached, according to Football TBRLiverpool are “confident” the winger will commit his future to the club.

Concerns over Alexander-Arnold’s future with the Reds have grown further as the end of the season approaches.
If an agreement is not reached before the end of the year, the defender will have the right to negotiate a pre-contract with clubs outside England from January.

Liverpool are the only club Alexander-Arnold has spoken to about his future so far, but apart from Madrid, there is emerging interest from other clubs including Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich.
Alexander-Arnold currently earns £180,000 per week (Spotter), but Liverpool will make a further bid in line with Mo Salah’s £350,000-a-week deal.
Since his promotion to the Reds’ first team in 2016, Alexander-Arnold has managed 19 goals and 83 assists in 318 appearances in all competitions.
