Frisco, Texas – Lexi Thompson was free and loose walking on the first Saturday on Saturday Ranch East fields in PGA Frisco. Surely, no one showed more consistency on Saturday than Thompson, who could have made an early exit after two catastrophic oscillations. But she stood and stayed alive on a day when a number of the best bomb in the world in PGA Frisco.
It will start on Sunday seven shots behind Lee. But in a golf course that has played as an open American test for the first three days, everything is possible.
