Critics of Lab’s central shaft models only now have a less excuse not to prove their placeers.
After being released in PGA Tour again in the Classic Rocket, Laborator Oz.1i HS, the first design of the company with heel is officially launching.
“The balance of the angle of lie is much more than where the axis goes to the head, and the players will feel when they try OZ.1i HS,” said Golf Sam Hahn’s CEO in a press release. “It looks a lot like a traditional coercion, but it performs as a lab this is a big step towards our mission to help every golf player better.”
Lab Golf rocked the Putter World In 2018 with its radical zero-Çift rotary models (or “start”), Basically creating a new category of products. Now, with the release of OZ.1i HS, the company is branching into a more traditional profile. Also Also the first new model after Lab provided a $ 200 million investment from a private capital firm, signaling a new chapter for the brand.
Here’s what is the new Golf Lab oz.1i HS, for whom it can be and what I think about the new Plorin.
What is the Golfi Laboratory Oz.1i HS?
Since coming to the market in 2018 with its force to run force 2.1, Lab Golf has persuaded people to choose the function of form, which will go with the best results for the best views, with their incentives. Models like Df 2.1Device.1, device.1 max and Df3 all It opposed what conventional sayings looked, but followers were convinced that they could help them get the ball into the hole.

But the release of the original OZ.1 Putter at the end of last year began to change that idea, as it proves that the company’s balance sheet technology could be implemented in more conventional forms of putter.
Now, with Oz.1i HS, the laboratory has removed another usual adhesive point for its critics: extinguished design in the center.
Oz.1i HS contains the same shape as Oz.1 and Oz.1i, but has a long hose on the cleft neck. Oz.1 is the most conventional form of the Laboratory goods And it was created in collaboration with the 2013 Masters Champion Adam Scott.

“Designing a heel paved puter that stands balanced in the corner of the lie presented to us a unique challenge,” said Brian Parks, Vice President of Lab Engineering. “The result is our voice, of the aluminum owner, a main feature of OZ.1I HS that allows us to offer numerous angles of lies without compromising signature and balance players expect from any laboratories.”
The rogue comes in 10 different configurations for lies perspectives between 65 and 74 degrees.
For whom is the Golf OZ.1I lab?
The answer here is simple: any golf player who has not been ready to try a zero torque due to the central axis design.

While the neck of the aluminum of Oz.1i HS does not provide the same visual as a traditional plumbing or steep neck, it stops in front of the golf ball to the address, allowing you to have an uninterrupted view of the center of the well behind the ball.
Golfists who have previously set up only with more traditional socks will find OZ.1I HS looks much more like a traditional commodity than previous Lab offers.
My thoughts!
I am one of the players I am waiting for the laboratory to offer a more traditional visual model, as I despise the spawned putters in the center. That being said, oz.1i was the first form that the lab showed me, so I am not surprised that they held the shape for their first heel option.

While I am still attached to the blade style layers, Oz.1i HS has probably intrigued me, and my early results with him have been quite interesting. I need only a small adjustment period to switch from a blade putter.
Although I have a pendulum hook that can work theoretically with a torque coercive, I have usually fought with a leftist Miss. But I never saw it in my first round with Oz.1i Hs.
I still claim that zero torque putters will not work for everyone because of the start style, but for those who have stayed away from the central axis, it is time for them to give the concept of the lab a true test.
Looking forward, with more flexibility thanks to their new investment of private capital, will they take Lab technology grafted on the heel and apply it to a blade putter? That’s what I still hope for.
