Count Holger Rune in the middle of Nick Kyrgios fans at the ATP tournament.
Speaking of the reporter Nicholas Albek from Bolavip in Stockholm this weekRune says he fully supports a Kyrgios return to the pro circuit.

The world number 11 cites Kyrgios’ “insanely high level” of tennis on the court as well as his penchant for madness off the court as the double draw for tennis. Read the full Rune interview with Nicholas Albek and Bolavip here.
“Nick Kyrgios has always been very good to me, so we’ve always had a very good relationship. I don’t know if he’ll come back, but it would be good for tennis because he’s always had some very exciting matches.”
“Nick’s high level, when he played against Federer, Nadal and Djokovic, was extremely high, so you have to respect that,” Rune said. “I know he’s struggling a lot with his body, so that’s probably the biggest thing he has to overcome. Whether he does or not, time will tell.”
“We haven’t talked about a new exhibition match, although that would be fun. I ended up playing one against Monfils instead. Extremely cool guy, who unfortunately we’ll only see for another year on Tour.”
Former Paris Indoors champion Rune, who spent some time earlier this season training with the Hall of Famer Andre Agassi, said they bonded over a common force.
“I’ve always felt that my return has been really good and one of my biggest strengths. There was a bit of a slump last year where I didn’t return as well as I know I can,” Rune told Nicholas Albek. “But especially in the last pre-season, we have done a lot of work in the return game to improve the statistics, as you also pointed out.
“It’s always good to see the things you work on improve. I’m also starting to gain more and more confidence to put a little more weight on my returns and try to put more pressure on my opponent’s second serve.”
“Agassi and I talked a lot about my comeback when we trained together. He really liked it. As you say, he had an absolutely crazy comeback, so we could have some good conversations. For now, though, I’m only in touch with my team and the people who are close to me.”
