If not, he could find himself off the grid or Tech 3 for 2027, leaving an opening for anyone to grab alongside Vinales.
There are a few challenging rookie riders in Moto2, but some more experience with Vinales wouldn’t hurt. They don’t need a superstar, but would someone like Luca Marini or Joan Mir be a wise move?
