Keyshawn Davis was pleased with the response to the WBA lightweight champion Gervonta Davis’s 12 -majority stretch against Lamont Roach last Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Davis sounds like a typical spoiled brat that has been on his way all his life and can’t handle it if someone lets him know he’s not interested. Tank gave Keyshawn the ‘get lost’ tip this week and said he should fight his ‘brother’ Shakur Stevenson, and he will fight against the winner. He knows well that Keyshawn would never do it. So he blew him tactically.
WBO lightweight champion Keyshawn recently said he would stop calling Tank Davis, but he’s back. Keyshawn believes he has a better chance of fighting and hitting him now that he’s coming from a draw.
Real opponents
He sounds confused and does not have self -belief to tackle the murderers to build himself instead of worming his way to a fight. Keyshawn did not fight well enough to get a fight against tank.
The way he chases Gervonta looks unhealthy. If he believed in himself, he would run the Gauntlet against these killers:

It can change quickly if Keyshawn has tackled six good fighters and beat them, but he is ‘the businessman’ and has swung all the fights he needs. In other words, Keyshawn just wants Tank to battle him on a silver dish, after beating 13 scabs and chasing him day and night.
Tank: Unreachable?

There is no one else. Man, I’m a world champion now, ‘Keyshawn says about him realizing it’s a race against Time.
“I’m the best at 135. The fight (Tank against Roach) said it all. It is now another conversation when you add ‘The Businessman’ (KeyShawn’s nickname he gave to himself) against Gervonta. I hit. One of the guys, I’m beating them out. “
Tank is not going to fight against Keyshawn. He has to give up with the hopeless dream, because he sounds like someone who is obsessed and will not release.
The Norfolk, Virginia native Keyshawn, would not need Tank Davis to give him a payday fight if he only fights against the four to turn himself into a PPV star without the boost. Obviously, Keyshawn is likely to lose for all four, but just think if he won? The top ranking would not have a real star.
Weight crunch
Keyshawn is desperate to get a big money fight against Tank Davis or Roach because he knows he can’t continue from the middleweight to make the 135 pound limit much longer. He is great for the lightweight section, and there are not many viable fighters who are willing to fight someone’s size for the money offered.
Only two or three contenders would bring Keyshawn any money, and none of them would be willing to fight him for what would be offered. He is not a PPV attraction, which means his promoters will have to pay the opponent on the top rank and probably have to lose a lot of money to get someone for Keyshawn.
He can’t get the fighters he wants, and he can’t make 135 much longer until he is forced to move to 147, 154 or 160. Moving up to 140 will not be enough. It is literally a race against time for the monstrous big Keyhawn.
