Kambosos promises ‘misery’ for late replacement wyllie

George Kambosos jr. Says he’s going to post his substitute opponent Jake Wyllie, “Out of his misery” Saturday night after showing him how life is under the “lights” in “The Big Show” in the Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park in Sydney, Australia.

Some fans believe that Kambosos should be the one who is “out of his misery”, because he was probably winless in his last four fights since his upset 12-round victory over United Lightweight Champion Theofimo Lopez on November 27, 2021.

George has looked awful in every sense of the word since the one big victory. His last performance against Vasily Lomachenko was so awful. If he acts against his replacement opponent, he may lose.

Since that fight, it has been downhill for Kambosos. But on the plus side, He got quite rich Out of his two fights against Devin Haney, his collision against Maxi Hughes, and his attack against Vasily Lomachenko. Kambosos is a one-hit wonder, but a rich.

Wyllie (16-1, 15 COs) was brought in as a late substitute after Kambosos Jr. originally scheduled opponent had a medical problem. Former Unified Lightweight Champion Kambosos Jr. (21-3, 10 COs) says he collapsed as he tried to gain weight for their 12-round light welterweight head.

Wyllie, 24, is a complete unknown, and he is not an ideal opponent to prepare Kambosos for a world title shot later this year against IBF Light Welterweight Champion Richardson Hitchins.

Wyllie’s opportunity

“It’s experience. It didn’t happen that much in my career. I had such a big amateur career where you don’t know who you are fighting on the day of the fight. Nothing changes, ‘said George Kambosos jr. Fighting type about him fighting against late replacement Jake Wyllie on Saturday night.

There is no decline with Wyllie as the substitute, because the starting point was already quite low. It is a showcase battle for Kambosos to wet his feet at 140, looks good and tightened of the ten months of inactivity.

“We like to be a reverent, humble young child. He has a nice record, 16-1, with 15 knockouts and the same style. We compared Him to whom we spare and who we fight with. It was a no-brainer. This child deserves the opportunity.

“I look forward to dealing with matters. I found out on Monday morning that Daud collapsed, cut weight, or something went wrong. We said, ‘Okay, you’re out. Who is the following? “Jake Wyllie is the man who made the most sense.

“Come on Saturday, I’m going to deal with my business and take him out of his misery. He can come to me. We are fully prepared. But at 140, how I feel at weight, I will come to him. I am very focused. I also have a lot on the line. I give the child some exposure to the big lights. No respect, but that’s where it ends, ‘says Kambos Jr. about his opponent.
