The teenager is negotiating with his weekend courses for one of the biggest junior events of the year

Saturday 1
It’s almost the end of the cross country season, which means it’s time for all big championships. I was really pleased with my run in the city where I came to the sixth in the mud bath of the parliament. Our team received silver, which was amazing. My legs were very tired after a few days, but during the week I was able to train well during the week and a heavy session of the hill sprinter. I also played a football game for my school that was a good cross training.
This week, it was planned to be everything about building the Interdeliest regions on Saturday. I spent a good session of 800 m and 400 m on Tuesday and played football for the school on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I went down the flu during the week and had to go out of the race, which was really disappointing, especially when I love the course in Wollaton. I hope I will be replaced after opening a few days next week … these things always happen in the wrong time.
Saturday 2:
It was really hard for me this week. I missed the Inter “Countries I really looked forward to the Middlesex at the English School Cross. However, immediately after the recovery from the virus last week, the whole family hit Norovirus.
This deleted any hope that I have settled for the race that was so disappointing. I also couldn’t control any course than a few easy runs after passing the disease. Now that the intersection season is over, I can focus on a mini London marathon and back season. I look forward to trained fast and make shorter answers.

Saturday 3:
This week the weather has been much better and I enjoyed running shorts and run over the cover and run. Wednesday I received a notice that I was qualified for the mini London Marathon, introducing Enfield, which stimulated me. I have compete three times in the event, and the atmosphere is always unrealistic.
Fortunately, I feel much better and have a good week of training. This includes answers, road runs, hills and trails. I also had a hard week of soul, which I consider crucified training. Now that cross-country has ended, the distances of the training are shorter. I like it.
This week, I was also lucky to get a brand new pair of steam I can’t wait for a race. I once read that sensible Hodkinson is doing the same.
4th week
I have had a good week of training this week. I started doing some strength and ventilation at home, and I managed it Monday and Wednesday. I also started proper speed work on the track.
Saturday I went to Chelsford, to train with my club. I don’t get too often to go, because it’s a fair distance, so it was great to meet them for the first proper training session of The Season. Next week we are going to Portugal for a training camp, which is so interesting. Hoping that the weather will be sunny.
I have had many exams this week, and next week can’t wait for the Easter break next week. Sometimes I don’t find it that an easy balancing school works because the number of homework can vary weekly week. I will have to be arranged next year I take my GCSES. On Watford on Watford, my first trail race of this season is waiting.

Saturday 5:
This is a really interesting week. Monday and Tuesday I had a few lighter days on Monday and Tuesday before opening my path season in Wednesday. I just wanted to get a solid race and I did. It was a cold evening and I tucked in the box before weighed on the last 250 m. It’s the fastest season that I have and I’m glad to break at 4:30 (4: 29.94 more than 1500 m).
On Thursday, a few short-term Sprint jobs did with my learning group before Portugal Flying with Chelmskord AC on Friday. The weather has been great so far. We remain outside Vilamura and have access to a path and crossroad course. We also walk two minutes to the beach.
We started a truly tough track session on Saturday, 400/300/200 million four sets. We also ran to and from the path that everyhow was 2.5 km. On Sunday, we did a 12-kilometer-long run, which ended along the beach with a heavy passage. Fortunately, the food in the hotel is amazing, so we are well caused by a swimming pool. We turned around the evening watching a really bad karaoke.
Saturday 6:
Still in Portugal. On Monday, we made a 5 x 5 minute pace session with a cross-sectional course used in the European Khachkar Championship in 2010 (Albuffheira). Tuesday we returned to the track, this time for a speedy session.
Completing a quick 150 m speeds had a flat on our backs, on our back, petrol air. In the afternoon, I spent a pool before we were cold when we all remove at the evening meeting of the park. It was time to return home on Wednesday, but not prematurely leave Vilamura and back.
The course camp was a fantastic experience. Excellent facilities and a great group of athletes, parents and coaches. I really hope we can go next year. A few days before the session on the Saturday, I easily accepted the session after the session, then on Sunday, my younger sister drives a junior bagry.

Final week
It’s the last week of Easter and another busy week. I spent on Monday Thursday at the Junior2senior Camp of Radli College, which was driving Matt Cedo and Dan Studi. This is already the second year I have been and I really enjoyed.
The main importance for me met Ben Patison on Monday evening. He spoke about the life of an elite athlete and covered the injuries and diseases he had to overcome recently. We also made many seminars, including nourishment, moisturizing, working in a career and had the opportunity to try on some running shoes. It is obvious that we also did a few hard training. My favorite session was the last where we used to work, then a few fast short hills. I also enjoyed the strength and ventilated sessions that we were doing there and exercise.
Unfortunately my team was bad in the quiz. I was quite tired when I got home, so it was rested for several days and met with school friends and started preparing my DOFE bronze, which I start next week. On Saturday, I made a short, fast session on the way to Trent Park and finally 10 km long run with my father. Now I’m looking forward to a mini London marathon that is less than a week.
