What do I expect from the coach?

I am a curious person and I love to know. I’m not really athletes who can just say what to do and I will just rise to some athletes. They just want to say what to do and they’re going to do it. I have never been like that, and some coaches can find it quite difficult. I am always a athlete who wants to work with you and wants to understand why. Don’t mistake me. You’ll tell me this session and I’ll do it. But I have to really go what happens. I would also like to be involved in discussions.

Later, in my career I was more involved in programming because I know my body very well and know what is for me and what works. Later I had much more investing in my plan. But I need a coach that is sufficiently open and ready to have those discussions with me. It’s more partnership. There are some dynamics where the coach is responsible, and the athletes do what they say, but it never worked for me. In general life it doesn’t work for me. I just don’t do well It is said to be what to do. I like to understand why. And that makes me a much more significant purchase, and we both get much more. I’m definitely like a partnership with my coach.

All the trainers I have ever had Like like that. And it’s always deeper than just a coach-athletic relationship. EghtMany of my coaches are very close, almost like family members. So they are a type of relationship that I like to have with my coaches.
