Jasmine Paolini played the Grand Slam finals back-back last summer working with Coach Renzo Furlan.
Today, Paolini of the sixth rank announced partnership with her coach for a long time the Furlan has ended.

In an Instagram post, Paolini thanked Furlan for their “extraordinary years together” and for the “memorable moments” they shared together.
“After 10 years of extraordinary together, I want to say a great thank you to Renzo Furlan for everything he has done to me,” Paolini posted on Instagram. “We have had a tremendous trip, we shared unforgettable moments, including an extraordinary 2024, the final in Wimbledon and Roland Garros, Olympic gold in Paris.
“And in 2025 we also started Great. Renzo has been a fundamental part of my growth, both as a player and a person. Everything I have learned from him will always be with me and will continue to guide me in the future, and he will still remain an important person in this new chapter.”
Working with Furlan, Paolini reached a high degree in his career no.4 last summer.
This announcement comes day after Paolini posted its best outcome of the year reaching Miami Open’s semifinal.
The 29-year-old Italian defeated Rebecca Sramkova, ounce Jabaur, Naomi Osaka and Magda Linette to reach the final Miami Four, where she bowed to the world no. 1 and eventual champion Aryna Sabalenka.
