Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis says his April 12 -wealthy unification against the WBA champion, Eimantis Stanionis, is the one I wanted.
Boots (33-0, 29 COs) have greater battles for more money against Vergil Ortiz jr. And Theofimo Lopez rejected and would do much more for his career in terms of fame and legacy.
Unpaid = Star?
Ennis uses its decision to stay on 147 and focus on an undisputed champion as a Foxhole to hide of taking risky fights at 154 that can increase his career. There is no other way to see it. Ennis seems weak to stay at 147 to beat this low level of belt containers:

- Mario Barrios
Ennis believes that the fact that he becomes undisputed champion at 147 will make him a star after completing his mission, but he is probably wrong. He would earn a lot more by beating Vergil Ortiz Jr., Bakhram Murtazaliev, Israel Madrimov, Terence Crawford and Serhii Bohachuk.
His stars would shoot through the roof if he fought the guys and hit. Of course, if boots have lost some or all fighters, his career would be sunk, which he could be the right reason why he stays at 147, and prefers to play it safe and fight against the barn champions containing belts.
