The IBF and WBO mid-weight champion Janibek Alimkhanuly (16-0, 11 COs) will defend its two belts against Little Billed #7 IBF on Anauel Ngamissengue (14-0, 9 COs) two months from now on April 5 in April Astana makes Kazakhstan.
It will be a homecoming fight for the 2016 Olympic Janibek (31), born in Zhilandy, Kazakhstan, and now lives in Oxnard, California.
Why is Misengue?
Boxing fans on social media are confused about who 29-year-old Congo-born, France-based Ngamissengue is because few people have heard from him.
This is probably the only contender for the management of January, because none of the other champions at 160 or significant contenders have anything to do with him. Because of his power, Southpaw attitude and technical skills, he is one of the fighters to avoid.
The middleweight section does not have talent, and fighters are very selective about who they are fighting. The unbeaten contender and the very hyped British fighter Hamzah Sheeraz chose to challenge WBC champion Carlos Adames rather than the United two-like champion Janibek. It seems very clear why. Janibek is terrible news for fighters trying to build a future, especially if they are vulnerable in the kin -division.
Ngamissengue’s only decent victory on his six -year -old resume is Ukrainian Fedir CherkashynWho he has two years ago on August 26, 2023 in Wroclaw, Poland, with an eight-round decision on the round of the Ageneral. The two fought against Daniel Dubois on the bottom map of Oleksandr uksk, so they received some attention.
Ngamissengue’s battles
Sandro Joke (12-32-2)
Fyodor Czerkaszyn
Matteo Hache (9-1)
Martin Owono (8-40-5)
Jean Nestor Nkoulou Mama (4-0)
Kassimou Mouhamadou (7-5)
Predess Cvetkovic (6-20-3)
It is still difficult to know why the IBF Ngamissengue gave a #7 rankings with their organization, because its resume was filled with a lower level from top to bottom. In addition, none of the other three sanctions that arranged him in the Top 15, who tell you that they do not consider him worthy to make their upper level.
Janibek avoid
Again, Janibek’s promoters should be desperate to choose Ngamissengue as his opponent. Unfortunately, he was reduced to the fight against someone, of which few fans, even the hardcore box variety, heard. Janibek will eventually be able to get the significant opposition he is looking for, but it will probably be if he is 100% washed. Until then, expect to continue to see how he is fighting against the names.
Janibek comes on October 4 from a ninth round knockout victory over Andrei Mikhailovich. This is another name that few fans have ever heard or seen.
If he wants to get bigger pay days, Janibek will have to bite the bullet and move to 168, where he will be smaller than his opposition. He will get more fights in this way, but the knockouts don’t come so fast. As a very capable South Paw, he will probably still be avoided, even up there.
