Jake Wightman Q&A at the new Kinisi Run Hub in Bristol

In 2022, the 1500m world champion will visit the store, which is run by middle distance runner Jamie Williamson.

Jake Wightman will be a special guest at the new Kinisi Run Hub in Bristol on September 22nd.

The shop is run by Jamie Williamson and supported by his parents Graham and Carol. Jamie ran 3:41.59 for 1500m while Graham was one of Britain’s best middle distance runners in the 1980s with a PB of 3:34.01 and held the Scottish mile record for 40 years until Whiteman, Josh Kerr and Neil Gourley came along.

With her maiden racer named Bradford, Carroll is a two-time world road race bronze medalist.

The store officially opened in August and offers a modern running experience with a synthetic track surface sourced from this year’s World Indoor Championships in Glasgow.

The store provides a unique shoe fitting service by analyzing data collected through advanced foot scanning technology that captures both photos and videos of foot movement to help customers find their perfect shoe.

Wightman will be available for an open session on September 22 from 1pm to 3pm at the Kinisi Hub in the Bedminster area of Bristol, followed by a 90-minute Q&A session for ticketed guests.
