Jack’s Bay in the Bahamas unveils exclusive new collection of residences

Nicklaus Design and Tiger Woods’ architecture firm, TGR Design, have built golf courses around the world.

But there is only one place where their work stands side by side: Jack’s chest.

Located on the lush south coast of Eleuthera, Bahamas, Jack’s Bay is a 1,200-acre luxury club and residential community overlooking a land-meets-ocean idyll, where pink sand beaches give way to hidden caves, coral reefs and other natural wonders. .

Among the highlights are a pair of marquee courses: Playground, a short 10-hole course from TGR designwill open next year; and an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Heritage® Championship Course, which is scheduled for completion in 2026.

As we count down to those ribbon cuttings, other projects in Jack’s Bay have been completed, including a newly unveiled collection of homes called Playground Residences.
