Jack Draper has redesigned his coaching staff.
Indian Wells champion Draper has parted ways with the coach for a long time James Trotmanwho led the British left at the BNP Paribas Open in March.

World No. 9 Draper has already announced his hiring Andy Murray’s former coach, Jamie Delgado for the 2026 season, but expressed hope that Trotman will remain part of the coaching staff.
Trotman said The BBC’s Russell Fuller he left Draper’s team after four years together in order to spend more time at home with his family.
“I’ve made the decision that four years has been a great run,” Trotman he told BBC Sport. “I’ve really enjoyed it, but it was getting harder and harder for me to cope with the demands that Jack deserves as the player he is – and also being a father and a husband.
“I need to start getting those energy levels back and have a bit more normalcy: watch my son play football on Sunday, go on some family holidays, have a bit more of a normal life.”
Despite the split, Trotman and Draper have been training together for the past week, reports BBC Sport, as the 23-year-old Briton begins his planned comeback from the left shoulder issue that forced him to withdraw from the US Open. Draper accepted a withdrawal from Zizou Bergs ahead of their scheduled second-round match at the US Open in August and has not played since his US Open first-round win over Federico Gomez.
