Casual players like to see what their favorite TOUR pro is playing.
I prefer to see who my favorite TOUR pro is CLAD.
I’ve often said that I make “shoe contact” before eye contact, and that Connor-ism is true even with professional players.
Despite leaving the Swoosh a few months ago, Tommy Fleetwood has, until recently, stuck with the NIKE Victory Pro 4 as his shoe of choice.
That changed (as did his hat sponsor) this week at Valero. I was scrolling through some early photos from the tour and noticed something interesting, though not all that surprising.
Fleetwood switched to Red Presidio Sun Day. However, not just one pair. A studded pair … one that doesn’t exist on retail shelves.
Not sure if it will ever exist at retail. Nor what it means for Fleetwood’s future as a shoeless agent. That said, there was something interesting I noticed.
What are your thoughts? Is it Presidio Red Sun Day something you can see yourself wearing? Voice down.
