In March, the legendary filmmaker Spike Lee was located in San Siro, attending the Inter Champions League game against Feyenoord as a guest at the club.

Now, a few months later, the “Do the right” and “Malcolm X” The director has officially joined the Nerazzurri to create a short film in collaboration with the club, published in the participation of Inter’s participation in the World Cup of the FIFA 2025 in the United States.

The film acts as a launch of Inter’s new global identity manifesto, “My name is my story”, which aims to introduce the club to a wider, international and more diverse audience.

With a little more than three minutes, the short film mixes the classic Spike Lee storytelling with the rich story of Inter. It shows iconic moments and players from the club’s past: Ronaldo Nazário, Javier Zanetti, Giuseppe Meazzza and even the worship hero Adriano, who appears through his famous Proa Evolution Football character.

“The name of this club is about being something for everyone, for the people there, around and far beyond the pitch, in Milano and everywhere,” Lee says in the movie. “We are brothers and sisters of the world,” he adds, quoting the club’s iconic motto.

“Being able to introduce ourselves to an international audience with a world-renowned director’s contribution to Spike Lee is an extraordinary thing and is a great opportunity to make our brand more relevant in the global scenario,” he added.
