IND vs BAN: Rohit Sharma sensationally masked by Jonty Rhodes: “Very ridiculous…”

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) coach Jonty Rhodes has revealed the real identity of the captain of the Indian National Cricket Team. Rohit Sharma for the world to see during the last interaction.

Rohit Sharma is regarded as one of the greatest Indian cricketers of all time and he has done an exceptional job since becoming the full-time captain of the side.

He recently ended India’s ICC trophy drought by leading the team to victory in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. After the competition ended, he announced his retirement from T20Is, but continues to lead the team in Test and ODI cricket.

Rohit’s next goal would be to win the 50-over trophy at the 2023 ICC World Cup, with the ICC Champions Trophy on the corner, missing out on his 50-over title when India suffered a heartbreaking defeat at home to Australia.

Also, Rohit Sharma will get a chance to add the ICC World Test Championship title to his cabinet as the final of the competition will be held at Lord’s in June 2025. India are currently ranked 1st in the ICC World Test Championship Points Table and with a big Test season coming up, India will have a great chance to qualify for the finals.

I mean he hasn’t changed at all, he’s ridiculous as you know – Jonty Rhodes on Rohit Sharma

Meanwhile, Jonty Rhodes, who worked with Rohit Sharma at Mumbai Indians, recently spoke about the Indian captain. He said that Rohit Sharma does not have the best batting technique but he is very successful because he is always relaxed.

Jonty Rhodes also spoke about Rohit Sharma’s behavior towards his teammates, saying that he keeps mixing with the players and does not let the cricketers get stressed.

“I mean, he hasn’t changed at all, you know, it’s so ridiculous. I imagine his walk when he goes to bat and he’ll hit the net a few times or even hit the shade, you know, it was just awesome. so he he didn’t practice as much.

“Maybe he’s been practicing away from the nets sometimes, but his technique and I don’t think he always has the best technique. He’s been criticized for not having a lot of footwork, being very comfortable in the crease, his hands flow very well and he it was nice to see because she stayed, you know, she stayed the same and stayed true to herself,” Jonty Rhodes said, as quoted by SportsTak on the Aleena Dissects youtube channel.

“Rohit Sharma is still the same guy, he hasn’t changed a bit, it’s so funny – his teammates, the funny guy and the mess around the players don’t feel stressed under his captaincy,” Jonty said.

Rohit Sharma’s IPL career could also be in for a big change as he is set to quit Mumbai Indians after being sacked from the captaincy last season.

Notably, MI named Hardik Pandya as Rohit Sharma’s successor and things didn’t go as they envisioned as Mumbai Indians finished last in IPL 2024.
