Open American women’s competitor Maja Stark was called to her swinging early on the week at Erin Hills using a simple practical tweak.

Hartford, WIS. – Making a swinging change is never comfortable. It feels strangers to move your body in new ways, and breaking the shaking habits is a serious job everywhere, let alone in the rank of practice in Erin Hills in front of open American women.
But even in the internship interval in the opening of American women, changes may be needed. Our pursuits are always developing and bad habits are sure to appear. That is why it is important to continue monitoring your pace and maintaining the swing.
This week at US Women Openthat the brain was in full show. The player behind the player listed the range in Erin Hills in the hope of shaking their shaking in the great winning form of the championship. Such a player trying to call her swinging was the Stark Maja – and she was doing this using a simple method from which all players can learn.
Use a stretch stick as an external suggestion
Stark is at an early lead at Open Women Open, but that does not mean that it is completely called all week. In fact, only yesterday, it can be followed in the range making the last minute adjustments to get everything in the form of the championship.
To start this process, she placed a stick on the ground a few meters in front of her golf ball. Then, compared to the work in a new “feel” change or technique, it used the stretch stretch to serve as its desired starting line for its oscillations.
“You see the players at the highest level looking for things in their activity,” its coach, Top 100 Golf teacher Joe troubles, he said. “Sometimes, instead of looking at something mechanical, it is important to focus on something external, such as your starting line.”
Focusing on the start line instead of the mechanics, the instincts take over and you are able to shake freely. And without your mind on the road, it becomes much easier to make solid oscillations constantly. As an added bonus, you will have a steady target in mind throughout your practice, improving your purpose and approximation.
“When you do this, you will be surprised that even your bad shooting ends a little better,” Hallet said.
If you are fighting with weak shots in the range, try this method.
