Indian National Cricket Team fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat extended his association with the Sussex team in the County Championship. The fast bowler will now feature for the team in the 2025 and 2026 County Championship seasons and will be available for the finals in both seasons.
Jaydev Unadkat first signed for Sussex in 2023 and had a great ride with the ball. The left-arm fast bowler took 11 wickets in the three matches he played and has since gone even better in 2024. The fast bowler took 22 wickets at an average of 14.40 in five games and helped Sussex win the Second Division title.
The fast bowler will be looking to make a similar impact on the team in the upcoming editions. His second stint at Sussex came after he was ignored by the BCCI selectors for the Duleep Trophy 2024. He was not named in any of the three teams.
