Uussma Lima says his goal is to win every round, look good in defeating the heavy favorite Jaron Ennis, and that Eddie Hearn signed him at the Xfinity Mobile Arenity in Philadelphia on October 11 after a promotional contract.
It will be interesting if Hearn Lima signs on a contract if he overcomes ‘boots’, or if he makes him look bad like Karen Chukhadzhian did in their re -broadcast on November 9, 2024.
Lima (14-1, 10 costs) admits that people don’t give him the chance to win against former Unified Welterweight champion Ennis (34-0, 30 COs). Yet he feels it is because they have never seen him before.
Southpaw power and pressure
The Southpaw Lima is a large puncher and has a powerful left hand to do a lot of damage. If Ennis is drained to get down to 154, he may lose to Lima or struggle to win. Lima is a step in the class of Ennis’s last opponent, Eimantas Stanionis, and he could be a problem.
During yesterday’s face, Lima looked like a much larger, healthier fighter compared to the drained and worn ‘boots’. One could see that they look at them that Lima, 32, is a natural junior middleweight and does not come off the 170s or 180s.
