IgA swiatek said the umpire chair Noun lost the mark in the right game by refusing to check a ball mark.
World no. 1 Sabalenka Snapped Swiattek’s Roland Garros with 26 winning matches of Roland Garros with a 7-6 (1), 6-6, 6-0-semifinal winning winning win that destroys Swiatte’s dream of a fourth record Fourth direct French Open record.
The former number 1 Swiatek led 4-2 in the second set, lost a return subsequently showing a sign that she believed that Sabalenka’s service landed long and asked the Umpire Nauni chair to get off the high chair and inspect the sign.
French veteran chairman Umpire declined by telling Swiatte that she only made the request after realizing that her return was coming out.
Then, Swiatek said she felt she had a double standard saying that Noun checked the signs when asked by Sabalenka, but not in that seventh match when she asked for it.
“Well, he was going down to check every sign when Aryna wanted, even when the outsiders were,” Swiatek said. “When I had a sign that was out, he was convinced that I only came there because I saw that my return was out, and I adapted the return, I knew from the beginning I would go out, you know.”
Grand Slam’s five-time champion said it was unfair to her, paying attention to her feeling the chair given to the plane of Sabalenka’s requests.
“I really didn’t look at the ball. I just went to check the sign and saw the sign was out,” Swiatek said. “I want him to go down, but he didn’t. So I don’t think it was right, especially when he went down, as, whenever Aryna asked for it.
I don’t get it but I really don’t care. ”
Final Grand Slam’s third direct final for Sabalenka against an American opponent.
The owner of the 20 career titles, Sabalenka defeated Jessica Pegula in the 2024 US Open final, was upset by Madison Keys in the Australian Open final in January and will face Gauff in Saturday France Open with two women’s championship Roland Garros.

Despite the Umpire TIFF of the chair, Swiatek said Sabalenka raised its level and intensity in that final closure group.
“I think the rhythm was from her super fast. Surely, especially at the beginning of the match, she played, you know, as much as possible and quite dangerous,” Swiatek told Paris. “So it was just difficult to get into a rally, you know.
“And then, I was able to do that, so the game was a kind, as more things happened because it was not like serving and a shot or a return and a shot, and I could build a little rally.
“Yes, but in the third set I feel like we turned to what happened at the beginning, and she probably used her chances, and I really didn’t continue what I was doing in the second set.”
