Watching Tiger’s first TGL match
last week, The TGL Indoor Golf League kicked off with success with Ludvig Aberg’s Bay Golf Club dominating Xander Schauffele’s New York golf club for win the inaugural match.
While Tiger Woods, who founded the league with Rory McIlroy, was present for the debut, he did not participate in the competition. That changes this week when Tiger and his Jupiter Links Golf Club the team takes over Los Angeles Golf Club Tuesday night.
Besides tigerJupiter Links team will be represented by Max Homa and Kevin Kisner. LAGC will be reproduced by Collin Morikawa, Justin Rose and Sahith Theegala.
Like last week, the format for the second match will see the teams compete on a nine-hole simulator course in threes and then one-hole singles matches. While the simulator will be used for most kicks, short game kicks will take place live inside the stadium.
ESPN will provide exclusive television coverage of Tiger’s first TGL match beginning at 7:00 PM ET on Tuesday, while ESPN+ will provide webcast coverage.
