As much as The dismissal of Ten Hag not surprising united players have taken to social media to pay tribute to their former manager, who arrived at Old Trafford at the start of the 2022/23 season.

Club skipper Bruno Fernandes was one of the first to pay tribute Have Hag on Instagram. “Thank you for everything! I appreciate the trust and the moments we share together, I wish you the best in the future,” said the Portuguese star.

“Despite knowing that the last term has not been great for all of us, I hope you fans can join in with the good things the manager has done for our club!” he added.
