Every golf player wants to be able to hit him High shot, soft bunker in command. Not only does it look good about coming out of the face, but it is also a useful opportunity around the greens – and it is easier to own than you can think.

By Golf Top 100 Teacher to see and the creator of Continuously Short game chef Parker McLachlin, you just have to remember an important concept: Add the attic to the club, not your swinging.

Increase the club attic with configuration adjustments allows you to add height to your bunker shooting without manipulating your swing – a common mistake among amateurs.

Using the same rhythm each time, you can accurately anticipate when your club will enter the sand, which increases your contact and consistency.

Like everything in life, the more you work on it, the better you will get. And, McLachlin says one of the best ways to practice adding attic to your club is to hit the bunker shots with a low wedge. He explains that this drill will help you understand the set adjustments needed to maximize attic to the address and avoid changing your pace.

To try, grab a ditch or by throwing the wedge and using the mclachlin set keys below.

Set up keys to higher bunker shots

1. Stay farther. Between a half and the full step back from the ball.

2. Lay up your club apartment to address.

3. Lower your hands. McLachlin is hung around the knee-height.

4. Put your hands slightly back. This will expose more flatulence.

5. Discard your trail foot back slightly.

Once you are settled, make a dedicated pace. McLachlin says your only goal while hitting this blow should be hitting the ball higher than the flag. Remember, this drill is designed to teach you how to pre -determine the attic, so the result doesn’t matter as long as the ball starts up. And, with enough practice, you will sprinkle these as a professional.
