Luke Clanton has added another prestigious price to his trophy issue.
The state junior in Florida won the 2025 Ben Hogan Award on Monday, honoring the senior college player of the year. Claranton, the number 1 player in the world’s amateur rankings, becomes the second seminole to get the honor, joining John a little, who won in 2021.
Cranton won the honor of a trio of finalists involving Jackson Koivu to Auburn (Who won in 2024) and David Ford of North Carolina.

When looking at Clarton’s resume over the past year, his choice was a clear choice. Only in 2024, he made two racing conclusions at PGA Tour at John Deere Classic and RSM Classic and added 10 to Top 10 in the WynDham (5) and Rocket Mortgage Classic (T10) championship. He also tied up for the 41st US Open and cut the US amateur. In general, he made 10 cuts on 13 beginnings of the tournament for the season.
His college season has been just as prevailing, with four individual titles, including a four -shot victory in the regional NCAAA NCAA. He also completed the race at the NCAA 2024 Championship. Thanks to his stellar game in tour and collegial ranks, Claranton won his tour card Through PGA Tour university accelerated, becoming only the second golf player to do so.
Since the establishment of the Ben Hogan Award in 1990, recipients have combined for 70 tourist wins and earn more than $ 465 million in front of the awards.
