Happens what happens when teammates hit the wrong ball in a four -ball match?

Rule 6.3C states that if two players hit each other’s ball, only the first one receives a penalty and the second can place their correct ball in the original place and continue. But it seems that four -ball matches can create strange scenarios. For example, what if two teammates hit each other’s ball-can the second hit really redefined from the right place without a penalty? What if two opponents do it? The first player has been penalized, obviously, but what if the second son hits the wrong ball for the second time or even finish the hole without understanding? —Dave Baker, Vancouver, Canada

Let’s be clear: the only concept of the first player the penalty receives – repeat, repeat, do not – Apply for all forms of play.

In the game of bachelors, yes, only the first player loses the hole and then continue. That’s because it’s just one-in-one, so both players can’t lose the hole.

In the hit game or four -ball game, however, everyone who play the wrong ball get a penalty. If two partners play each other’s ball, they will both receive a penalty loss in the hole, resulting in their side losing the hole, as no player can have a result that counts on that hole. If a single player from each side of a four-ball match plays each other’s ball, they would both get the general penalty, it means that no player could have a result that calculates the side in that hole , and their partners would have to look outside.

In the game game, it is never a required correction as the result is the loss of the hole (meaning not being able to count a result for that hole in four balls). If you want to go directly to the source, check the rules 6.3C and 23.9.

Once you have discovered, you will play the wrong ball in the hook game, you received two penalty kicks AND necessary to fix the error by returning and continuing about your original ball.

This would either mean finding the original ball if you had any search time left (search time stopped when you have identified the wrong ball) or continue under stroke and distance and return to your previous place.
