Four -time Open Open champion Novak Djokovic There are still some questions to answer, but for now, he passed a second round test to enter the third round in New York.
Doing so, he connected a record with another brilliant of all time- Roger Federer.
Nr. 7 Fara Gjokovic passed through American qualification Zachary svajda 6-7 (5), 6-3, 6-3, 6-1 to reach the third round in New York. With that victory, he now connects Federer for 191 big wins in strong court.
Despite playing his best from time to time, Gjokovic managed to cross the game into four groups. He was assisted, in one part, from Svajda dealing with physical matters of his middle through the match.
“I wasn’t really happy with my tennis in the first part of the match,” Gjokovic said afterwards. “This is also a loan for Zach to play some high quality tennis. It is that he is unfortunate that he undoubtedly fought with an injury at the end of the second. Kudos for him staying in court.”
Concerns if Gjokovic, who chose not to play a leading event before New York, is 100% healthy are still in the air despite the victory today.
22-year-old Svajda, now ranked in the world no. 145, has enjoyed success this summer in Challenger county. He proved that he was ready for the challenge that Djokovic faces in Arthur Ase Stadium at the beginning of the match.
Svajda hanged fiercely with Gjokovic in their gatherings in the first set. Eventually, Svajda received the first established link while withdrawing with a backward winner at the appointed point.
However, Gjokovic’s experience resulted in a lot after the great winner 24 times raised his level in the second group. By the time the third group spinned, Svajda dealt with stalemate issues by obstructing his game.
Gjokovic took advantage of the advantage and eventually ran through the third and fourth bands to complete the victory in just over two and a half hours.
Gjokovic, after his first round victory against America Leaner Tien, He then admitted he was not feeling the best in that match.
“Slightly slightly disturbing,” Gjokovic said. “I don’t have any damage or nothing. I just struggled a lot to stay in long exchanges and recover after points.”
