Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili has made it clear that he is planning to be in Liverpool next season as his transfer edges approach.

The Georgia International cannot be easy to play regularly in Anfield due to Alisson Becker’s presence in the goal, but this seems to be not stopped by trying it.

As reported BBC Sport Last summer, Mamardashvili joins Liverpool For the 2025/26 season in an agreement worth 29 million £.

Liverpool chose not to wear Mamardashvili last season, but it seems that he also does not expect to loan in the coming months.

See below his latest appointments on his future, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano …

“I’m not considering another loans movement. I will spend next season in Liverpool,” said the 24 -year -old.

“I will go to Liverpool and give everything I did in Valencia. I will work hard every day, training -with Alisson will help me.”

Who will be Liverpool number one next season?

Mamardashvili’s arrival at LFC will surely give a headache to Manager Arne Slot Next season.

Alisson is the clear number one right now, with the Brazilian shooting that has another excellent season to add to a great career at Anfield.

Is it difficult to imagine -Mamardashvili enter directly and become the first option, but is it too good to spend the season sitting on the bench?

Great change summer ahead of Liverpool

The situation of Mamardashvili vs Alisson will be intriguing to see, while surely there will be other important changes to the Slot workforce this summer.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is about to be out of contract and has publicly confirmed that it will be released in a free transfer.

One imagines others like Darwin Nunez and Jarell Quansah could be players of squads moving, while, of course, Caoimhin Kelleher sure will not stay if there is another goalkeeper in the first class to compete.
